Helen has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry and forms an important part of the team at Hartcliff as a Technical Manager. Part of her duties include carrying out product and provider research and writing client financial reports, while working closely in the advice process with Andy. In addition, she works closely with Heather to help ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey and experience. Helen has an extremely high work ethic and commitment to providing top class customer service and satisfaction making her a key member of the Hartcliff team. She has a vast knowledge and range of experience within financial services which has included working for large national organisations including NPI, Scottish Amicable, Sedgwick Financial Services, as well as working for several smaller regional and individual IFA practices throughout her working life.
When not at work, she loves to spend time with her two beloved dogs Dougal and Delilah and enjoys going on long jaunts with them in and around the countryside where she lives. She is also a key supporter of live music and likes to go to gigs with her daughter Emily.
